Darrel & me have been trying but that weekend is going to be crazy at the parks. Still trying to get a spot locked down, but havin no luck. Definitely want it to be in that general area though.

ALL BAD, finally got the word from the parks & rec. department & apparently saturdays are the Soccer game days for the parks I been looking at in the area. I dont know crap about those areas all I know is Sac. I dont mind putting up the costs, I just need a location, any suggestions?
Maybe you should just do this in Sacramento where you know the area.
Kinda glad this won't happen. It gives those of us that are taking our cars to Vegas more time to prepare and one less road trip right before Vegas.

Are we to meet up in a certain area or just park anyplace... We never got a reservation so we are doing a first come first serve basis and hopefully it will all work out
do we need to bring anything? IE: shade, BBQ, chairs, tables, water, just curious ... Should bring a chair and some eating utensils and probably your own drinks and maybe some shade
