I asked Paul to share some of his most memorable workouts with me as they were a great learning experience for all of us, Bench press. Here we go – Squat: He started off by doing the normal squats and getting his bodyweight in the lowest possible range of his hips; which means his knees hit a line where they weren't allowed to bend inwards, bulking routine gym. If you are doing these curls with a cable and using an open grip you will probably want to use a close grip, barbell. We are going to use the same curl position of pressing up against the bar with an open grip but this time with a close grip. For that second one you want to use your index finger on the bar. This second curl position allows for a better grip in your next set and you will probably need to do two of them in this set. If you're doing the first curl with just an open grip just do each set by doing a single set of four and then use your open grip to get back up, barbell. Use this second set to warm up the shoulders, abs and arms.
